The ordering process
Within 1 hour of your order being placed, we will acknowledge receipt. You will then be contacted and offered 3 appointment times and dates for when the EPC inspection at your property can take place. Once the appointment has been agreed our domestic energy assessor will complete the EPC and it will be emailed back to you complete within 24 hours of the home visit.
Our real time tracking software (E-Track) delivers an automatic email to confirm the date and time of the appointment and the details of the qualified assessor who will be visiting you. Once the assessor has arrived back to head office we’ll send another email to inform you that the EPC is now being created and merged into a PDF document. Finally you’ll be notified by receipt of the final version of the EPC, delivered to your inbox within 24 hours of the inspection.
Your EPC will be securely stored and hosted within your very own members area of the website to allow future access from anywhere in the world. For example if someone else needs to see a copy of it you can allow them access to your members area in order for them to download it at any time.
